Fees and Payment
Class fees are to be paid in advance per half term in full, no less than 1 week before the half term is due to start.
Payments not received before the deadline will be subject to a late payment fee of £5.
Prospective students can trial classes free of charge for 2 weeks. Free trial classes are limited to one per student and if students choose to enrol following their trial they will be invoiced for the class for the remainder of that particular half term.
A 25% discount is given to students whose sibling also enrols.
Absence, Cancellation and Withdrawal
Please let Laver's Academy know via phone or email if you or your son/daughter will be absent from any classes into which they are enrolled.
If you wish to withdraw yourself or your son/daughter from Laver’s Academy please advise us in writing with 4 weeks' notice. The remainder of the sessions paid for will not be refunded if the appropriate notice has not been given.
Health and Safety
Students can only participate in performing arts classes if medically fit to do so and on the understanding that they partake at their own risk. It is the participants’ responsibility to advise the class teacher of any injuries, medical conditions and/or other limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes.
Appropriate footwear must be worn to all classes at all times. A uniform list is available on the website with details on how to purchase.
It is recommended that students bring water into class in a sealed plastic bottle.
When partaking in a whole morning session snacks are recommended there is a 15 minute break please bear in mind that this could be followed by a dance lesson, so do not bring excess food.
Please ensure your child knows to take away their rubbish with them.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the studios at any time out of respect for other participants’ privacy and not to cause a distraction in class.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on or immediately outside the premises.
The principal of Laver's Academy reserves the right to remove, suspend and/or exclude any student from the school if, in their opinion, the student’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or they are wilfully endangering the safety of others.

All items, belongings and other property brought onto the premises, or to an event organised by Laver's Academy, by a student or their guests shall be at such person’s own risk and the management accepts no liability for the loss or damage to such property.
Bags, outdoor shoes and clothes must be left in an area specified by the class teacher and left alone during the class.
Further, the management will not be held responsible for any damage to the property of the land owner or any third party caused by a student or their guest.
Academy uniform purchased from Laver's Academy
Items of Academy uniform can either be paid for when the order is placed, via cash, cheque or debit/credit card, or an electronic invoice can be requested at the point at which items are ordered. Items will not be delivered until paid for in full.
Items can be exchanged, if returned unworn and in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days, for an alternative size or a credit note. We cannot however accept exchanges on any personalised items of attire and we cannot issue refunds on any sales. We will offer an exchange or full refund for any goods found to be faulty.
